DC Delegate (D) On Waiting For Winner In MA: "I Don't Think We Owe The People Of Massachusetts"

She is the DC Delegate to Congress, and she has spent a lifetime trying to get DC a vote in Congress. And yet when John King asked her whether or not Congress should wait for the winner of the Massachusetts special election before pushing Obamacare forward, she didn't hesitate to say NO.

BTW: Why is there no follow-up from John King? Does he not find her remark a little troubling (read: "We shouldn't wait for someone to come and kill it.")? [Big H/T to Lee Habeeb]
