Group Rates US Only 83rd Most Peaceful Nation

But you must see why. The group considers gun sales negative, which would make just about any country led by a dictator peaceful.  The Second Amendment is a problem.  Also negative:  Size of military.  That makes weak countries somehow more peaceful.
