Congressman: I Would Ask for Geithner's Resignation

After news of the S&P downgrade of the United States broke Friday, Rep. Jason Chaffetz, a conservative congressman out of Utah who voted agains the debt ceiling deal, had this to say on Twitter:

"By the time Monday's markets open, I would ask for Sec Geithner's resignation. Time to step down or be fired by the President."

Not sure if the president can fit that into his busy schedule this weekend, since he'll be at...oh, wait, Camp David. He returns to the White House Sunday.
