More Details About Suspect in Pentagon Scare

Fox News has additional meat to this morning's Pentagon scare, although they were details that spokespeople would not confirm at a Pentagon news conference this morning.  Fox News says a "notebook" found at the scene included phrases like "Al Qaeda," and that the suspect is a "naturalized U.S. citizen" from Ethiopia.

"A source with knowledge of the investigation told Fox News that authorities were alerted to the suspicious vehicle early Friday morning ... A notebook was also found at the scene and contained threatening phrases like "Al Qaeda" and "Taliban rule" and "defeated coalition forces," Fox News has learned.

However, authorities are still trying to determine what the material in the backpack is, and Schlosser would not confirm reports that suspicious items have been found, saying the investigation is still ongoing.

"At this point we have someone who was suspicious by being in Arlington Cemetery overnight," he said. "I’m not sure if any devices have been found at this point."

The man arrested is a naturalized U.S. citizen who came to the country from Ethiopia, a source told MyFoxDC.com.

All that being said, the information that can be gleaned right now indicates he was acting alone, as suggested in this NBC news story.
