Democrat Attorney General Joins Lawsuit Against ObamaCare
Missouri's Democrat Attorney General Chris Koster has joined Florida and other states in a lawsuit against ObamaCare, according to LegalNewsline.com

According to the article, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit will hear oral arguments on June 8.

The report also points out that Koster was formerly a Republican but switched his party affiliation in 2007. He went the opposite way of former-Democrat-now-GOP Louisiana attorney general James Caldwell, another AG who signed onto the Florida lawsuit.
