McMorris-Rodgers Suggests Democrats Are Misleading Media By Saying the Issue Is Policy

Rep. Cathy McMorris-Rodgers just said in a news conference that Boehner told Republicans earlier today that in negotiations, they are largely agreeing on policy issues and it's mostly about spending.

She also suggested that the Democrats are basically trying to distract the media by focusing on those issues.
