Boehner, Reid Speak Outside White House

Sen. Majority Leader Harry Reid just spoke outside the White House with Speaker of the House John Boehner. Reid said they had a "frank" discussion with the parties needed, and that negotiators will continue to work, but there is no deal. He also kept referring to coming back at 7:00 pm, presumably at the White House.
