Fox News Reporting Mubarak to Step Down at Next Election

The latest news coming out of Egypt, according to Fox News, is that Egypt's president Mubarak will not stand for re-election this fall.

Despite a restructuring of his cabinet, this is the first indication that we've had that Mubarak will himself leave.
