Paul Ryan Will Give GOP Response to State of the Union

If everyone's talking about the economy and jobs, why not go for the big guns on this one? Rep. Paul Ryan, the chairman of the budget committee, will deliver the GOP's response to the State of the Union address.

It's an excellent selection: Ryan has been an articulate, down to earth voice for the GOP on taxes and spending, and he's not afraid to take on Barack Obama on these issues.
