Republican Charlie Baker Wins Gubernatorial Race in Deep Blue Massachusetts

With 81 percent of precincts reporting, Fox News has dubbed Republican Charlie Baker the winner in Massachusetts. This is the second state-wide election Democrat Martha Coakley has lost in the Bay State in four years.
