Don Lemon, as Debate Moderator, Suggests Trump Voters Are Racist. Trump Just Responded.

Conservatives were so busy being outraged at the Democratic candidates' radical answers from Tuesday's debate, that they perhaps missed one of the most radical questions. But CNN anchor Don Lemon had a whopper.

Lemon directed that question at Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), who did not take the bait. Instead, she calmly explained to Lemon that “there are people that voted for Donald Trump before that aren’t racist; they just wanted a better shake in the economy. And so I would appeal to them.”

She emphasized that point on Wednesday morning. Yeah, President Trump is racist, Klobuchar explained, but "not all" of his supporters are.

Klobuchar's answer did little to alter Lemon's agenda. Conservatives called out the "biased" moderator, who clearly wasn't even trying to be neutral last night.

The Trump campaign especially did not appreciate the implication that all of the president's supporters are bigots.

And then, the president himself weighed in.
