Democrat-Heavy North Carolina County Extends Voting After Glitches

Durham County, North Carolina, a heavily Democratic county, experienced voting glitches on Tuesday that caused officials to have to change from an electronic process to a manual one in order to locate voters. A nonprofit group requested that voting times be extended to account for the mishap. The county has complied.
