WATCH: Gowdy Helps Jog Comey's Memory About Hillary's Lies

In one of many fiery exchanges at Thursday morning's FBI hearing with FBI Director James Comey, House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) asked Comey point blank whether Hillary Clinton lied to his agency about her email abuse.

“We have no basis to qualify whether she lied to the FBI,” Comey answered.

When it was Trey Gowdy’s (R-SC) turn to question the FBI director, he helped jog Comey’s memory by listing off several of Clinton’s lies.

For instance, Clinton claimed she only used one server, that there was no classified material on her private server and that she’d turned over all emails to the FBI.

"Is that true?" Gowdy asked after each statement.

Comey beat around the bush a bit, but the answer was no.

Gowdy didn’t have time to list all of Clinton's lies, considering he had a plane to catch.

Chaffetz hinted to Comey that he can expect a congressional referral to investigate whether Clinton lied under oath very soon.
