Planned Parenthood Hosts Valentines Day Fundraiser, Complete with Condom Dress

In the heart of Minneapolis on Thursday, an unusual kind of fashion show was getting underway. Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, hosted the event “Ready or Hot: Fashion Meets Passion for Planned Parenthood,” to celebrate Valentine’s Day and raise funds for an “excellent cause.”

Here’s how the organization described it:

Ready or Hot: Fashion Meets Passion for Planned Parenthood is a celebration of love, reproductive health and fashion just in time for Valentine’s Day. It's a fundraiser, cleverly disguised as a dance party and fashion show, with the evening's centerpiece a catwalk by some of Planned Parenthood's coolest cats and kittens.

Men and women you know and love, strutting their stuff for the most excellent cause. It's a randy little Runway Show featuring the va va voom of the Valentine Season -- whether you're going out or staying in, this is what's sizzlin'.

This “celebration of love” featured a basket of condom wallets for guests, a model named Queenie Von Curves…and this:

It’s shameful, to say the least, that Planned Parenthood would host such an embarrassing event in the name of charity. While organizers insisted the organization is all about “women’s health,” I wonder if all the guests attending knew that a large chunk of their donations are more than likely going to abortion services.
