In the spirit of Throwback Thursday, let's take a gander at Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR) and his thoughts on filibuster reform:
November 2013: Merkley is completely fine with then-Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) inventing the "Reid Rule," and even thanked him for his leadership on the topic.
