When President Donald Trump signs an executive order, he generally displays the folder for the camera to show off his signature and to pose for a picture.
Now, because this is both 2017 and the internet, anything that's a blank piece of paper is subject to being photoshopped into something that goes far beyond the original intent. (Does this picture of Michelle Obama jog your memory?) This time, people are editing the video into gifs of Trump showing off various drawings like a little kid.
A Twitter account called "Trump Draws" has been regularly tweeting out edited gifs of the president displaying different childish drawings, sometimes with bad spelling.
