Last night, President Obama gave his farewell speech in Chicago. In one of the more moving movements of the address, Obama spoke to his daughters, saying they had grown into two "amazing young women" in unusual circumstances, and that they "[...] are smart and you are beautiful. But more importantly, you are kind and you are thoughtful and you are full of passion."

Sasha Obama is a student at Sidwell Friends School. Her sister graduated from Sidwell in 2016 and will be matriculating at Harvard this fall after taking a gap year.
