A 27-question test featuring completely apolitical questions claims that it can determine whether or not a person is a Republican or a Democrat, and it's gone viral in the last few days. The test asks a person their level of disgust surrounding certain scenarios (such as a person eating vanilla ice cream with ketchup or seeing someone's intestines), and then correlates the amount of disgust with how conservative or liberal their brain is.
Apparently, being easily disgusted is a sign that a person has more conservative or Republican tendencies.
To test out the quiz's accuracy, I had Townhall's three interns as well as myself, Deputy News Editor Cortney O'Brien, and Associate Editor Matt Vespa take the quiz and see if our results matched our real-life voting tendencies. With the exception of one of the interns (who scored almost exactly 50-50), the quiz correctly predicted that we had Republican brains--not bad!
