Who knows what Hillary Clinton actually believes?

In an interview on Saturday, Clinton seemed to backtrack her earlier comments that she would fully support efforts to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour. Now, Clinton is saying, she would not support efforts to raise the federal minimum wage, but she would fully support any local law raising the minimum wage to $15.

Compare those statements to what she was saying on Thursday, in the CNN Democratic debate. On Thursday, Clinton seemed to have been pretty in favor of a $15/hour wage.
