Somewhere in the last five years, "promposals," or asking someone to prom in a very elaborate manner similar to a marriage proposal, became quite popular. One innovative young politico decided to use Sen. Tex Cruz (R-TX) to help him ask his date, Sarah, to the prom.

As it turns out, Alex, the author of the promposal, attempted to accidentally force Cruz into admitting that he is the Zodiac Killer, but Cruz wasn't having it.
