Trump: I Wasn't Endorsing Putin or China's Crackdown on Student Protesters

During Tuesday night's debate, Republican frontrunner Donald Trump was asked to clarify just exactly what he meant when he said that the Chinese government "almost blew it" during the Tiananmen Square protests and when he had lavished praise on Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Trump's defense: He wasn't endorsing authoritarian regimes, and "strong doesn't mean good."
