Check Out This Adorable Reaction These Sisters Had Meeting Their New Brother

The Solstad family received a very special Christmas present a little bit early this year: their new adopted baby brother, Nathan. The Solstad's three children were surprised with their new brother under the Christmas tree, and a video of their stunned reactions has gone viral:

The girls knew nothing about Nathan until this. We met them at the door and told them that we had been out Christmas shopping and got them a gift to share...and it was under the tree! #Solstad6

How adorable!

According to BuzzFeed, the family had discussed the prospect of adopting a child over the past year, but had not divulged any specifics to their children.

November was National Adoption Month, and there currently over 100,000 children eligible for adoption in the United States.

What a beautiful family and heartwarming story in light of what was a very rough news week.
