Check Out The Trailer For 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi

Viewers of the Fox Business Network debate were taken aback by the trailer for Michael Bay's upcoming film 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi. The trailer played during a break in the action and tells the story of the security team that attempted to defend the Benghazi compound during the September 11, 2012 siege that resulted in the death of four Americans.

The movie is set to be released on January 15, 2015.

While "Benghazi" has basically become a meme akin to adding "-gate" to controversies (see: Ballghazi), it's important to remember that the attack was, well, real, and people were killed as the result of some serious mishandling that was initially blamed on an insensitive YouTube video. The details of Benghazi aren't fun to watch, but it's important that Americans are informed about what actually happened that day.
