Day One of Constitutional Carry in Maine

Day One of Constitutional Carry in Maine

Today, October 15, constitutional carry (the carrying of concealed weapons without a permit) comes to Maine. The law making concealed carry permits optional was passed earlier this year by an overwhelming, bipartisan, vote.
