More Angst for the Bleeding Hearts

For those on the left professing untold anguish about Romney's remarks this morning about the very poor (widely taken out of context), there's yet more bad news:

The House has passed a bill prohibiting the withdrawal of welfare funds in casinos, strip clubs and liquor stores.

Is this just an ominous harbinger of a President Romney's treatment of the very poor?  How outrageous!

UPDATE: So now we're being told that -- not only is the legislation heartless -- it's racist, too.  And if you can believe it, a US representative is making that argument.  How insulting to those she's purporting to defend!
