David Freddoso points out a tough amendment that Tom Coburn intends to add to the health care overhaul.

Either Senate Democrats can oppose an amendment refusing Viagra to child molestors and rapists  -- and refusing coverage for abortifacients -- or they must send the entire bill back to the House for another vote.
