Up To Us

Ronald Reagan said, "I do not believe in a fate that falls upon us no matter what we do.  I do, however, believe in a fate that falls upon us if we do nothing."

Now that it looks like ObamaCare will be the law of the land, the next step is up to us.  Obviously, the President and Democrats hope that a critical mass of us will become demoralized, or forget, or -- like sheep -- trot peacefully along to the welfare-state pen, content with the scraps the government deigns to toss us.

Let's prove them wrong.  Let's make sure that this struggle isn't the beginning of the end, but rather the end of the beginning -- the beginning of a rebirth of the principles that animated this country's founding: Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  Limited government.  Freedom.

Donate here to take the first step toward repealing this monstrosity.  And, if you're so inclined, here's the Facebook page of Bart Stupak's likely opponent, Dr. Daniel Benishek.

Know that so long as there are brave and freedom-loving Americans willing to defend their rights and their country, vigorously but peacefully, those who would herd us into permanent dependence on Big Government will never, ever prevail.
