The plan has reached only 160,000 of the three to four million homes it was supposed to assist over the next three years.

How long will it be until the White House starts talking about the difficulties with what it "inheirited"?  And worse yet, given their performance so far -- from the stimulus to "resetting" our relationships with the rest of the world (so that everyone would be our friend) to stimulating the economy -- why would anyone trust this crew with reforming the health care system?
