So here's what happens: You get a left-wing Congress to sign on to authoritarian policies.  Then you announce that there might be some "wiggle room" in them.

Who, do you suppose, will actually get the wiggle room?  We all know the answer.  The companies and CEO's who support Democrats and President Obama.  Which companies and CEO's would be punished?  The ones who refuse to play ball, of course.

Works like a charm, every time.
