The accounts of the terrorist attacks in India reveal the existence of sadly underprepared Indian security forces.

Bush as a failed president, it's also worth keeping in mind that he has worked hard to make sure that our country stays alert to the terrorist threat that only emerged most recently in Mumbai -- and that we remain committed to dealing with it.
