Joe Biden's comments about the coming foreign policy crisis in the first six months of the Obama Adminstration.

So which is it?  Can Colin Powell really believe Barack is the best choice for president, when even his own running mate concedes that his election will precipitate world instability and aggression by America's enemies (thereby necessitating "unpopular decisions" by the new president)?  Or is Powell's mistake in his assessment of Biden (who is somehow supposed to be capable of fabulous diplomacy, despite his ongoing foot-in-mouth disease) as a really first class foreign policy mind?
