Barack's Speech-Chilling Machine

Missouri now has a "truth squad" of openly partisan prosecutors, sheriffs and law enforcement who are threatening to decide which anti-Obama television ads are "misleading" and prosecute accordingly, supposedly under Missouri ethics law.  The linked news report seems to suggest that they deem charging Barack with the intention of raising taxes is "misleading," and hence subject to prosecution.

Of course, there's not a word about ensuring the same rights for the McCain campaign.
