Problem is, this position means he's adding yet another flip flop to an already substantial list.

His position on guns was characterized last year as believing that the DC gun ban struck down today was, indeed, constitutional -- a statement that his campaign today is describing as "inartful."  Problem is, if that's the case, why did he answer a debate question premised on his belief that the ban was constitutional, as Politico's Ben Smith notes?
