The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. will receive a generous $25 million in the Wuhan coronavirus relief bill that Congress passed last week. Just hours after the bill was signed by the president, Kennedy Center President Deborah Rutter announced 100 musicians working for the National Symphony Orchestra would no longer receive paychecks after April 3rd. The Washington Free Beacon obtained an email from the orchestra's COVID-19 Advisory Committee and spoke to a veteran member of the orchestra on the condition of anonymity.
