Palestinian militants launched more than 600 rockets into Israel on Saturday. Israel was forced to launch counter attacks, striking hundreds of Hamas and Islamic Jihad targets along the Gaza Strip.
As of now, three Israeli men and eight Palestinians, including a pregnant woman and her infant niece, have been killed as a result of the conflict.
Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) took to Twitter on Sunday to slam the New York Times for a headline about the attack: "Gaza militants fire 250 rockets, and Israel responds with airstrikes." The Times headline is accurate, considering that is precisely how the attack started.
When will the world stop dehumanizing our Palestinian people who just want to be free? Headlines like this & framing it in this way just feeds into the continued lack of responsibility on Israel who unjustly oppress & target Palestinian children and families. #FreePalestine https://t.co/p3X3j8WtwM

Prominent conservatives slammed Tlaib for her anti-Semitic comments:
The Democratic Party has embraced and publicized the anti-Semitism of Omar and Tlaib. Now would be the time for decent Democrats to speak out before they become the new Labour Party. https://t.co/MW5ttoGT6o

Remember when ppl tried to argue that Tlaib and Omar were consistent advocates of human rights and not simply antisemites looking for an excuse? Good times.

Anti-Semitic Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) fails to condemn Palestinian terrorists firing 250 rockets at the homes of Israeli citizens https://t.co/AVG575xMzg

In the past few months, both @IlhanMN and @RashidaTlaib have spoken at events sponsored by @CAIRNational—which was founded in the U.S. in 1994 as a Hamas/Muslim Brotherhood front group.

A diligent media would ask Omar and Tlaib if they expressly condemn this Hamas rocket fire.
Tlaib's remarks come one day after Australian Shia Muslim Imam and President of the Islamic Association of South Australia Imam Mohamad Tawhid slammed Tliab and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) for failing to condemn Hamas' terrorism.
Remember that time @Ilhan and @RashidaTlaib condemned Hamas’ terrorism?

Neither do I.
It's not surprising that Tlaib made the comments she did. She has advocated on behalf of Palestine. She's taken part in events for Council on American–Islamic Relations (CAIR). Sadly, this is another disgusting, anti-Semitic take on her part.
Rep. Ilhan Omar said those of us who support Israel have "dual loyalty" to Israel. Maybe, just may, Tlaib and Oamr's "dual loyalty" resides with Palestine.
