Duncan wrote an op-ed in the Politico today titled "RNC Chair Discloses Comeback Plan" that said,

With dozens of RNC staff and hundreds of volunteers in 11 regional Victory offices across the state, our team contacted nearly a half-million Georgians in the last five days alone."This is, of course, good news. But should the RNC Chairman really be trumpeting the fact he was able to secure a win in the ruby red Georgia? Shouldn't that be a given?
