Policy Changes in the Obamamercial

Barack Obama promised he would not raise taxes on those making more than $200,000 per year instead of $250,000 per year in his 30 minute broadcast this evening.

This is a dramatic change from his previously stated tax plan.

The Obama campaign fumed when the GOP seized upon Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden's remarks that an Obama Administration would raise taxes on those making less than $250,000. The Obama campaign said Biden misspoke, but this is coming straight from the horse's mouth.

Obama clearly lowered that tax ceiling in tonight's infomercial. It needs clarification, especially considering we are less than a week away from the election.

Obama also promised to tap the nation's existing oil reserves, something he has been firmly against in the past.
