The RNC has already launched a web ad with clips of Biden saying Obama is "not ready" and that he would "be honored to run with our against John McCain because I think the country would be better off."

Donatelli said the RNC would also use Obama and Biden's disagreeing Senate votes on war funding and labeling Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps a "terrorist" group, as well as Biden's critcism of Obama's promise to hold talks with hostile, foreign nations "without precondition" for attack fodder.
Donatelli noted Obama and Biden are "not in concert on a fair number of issues."
