GOP Will Echo Biden's Attacks on Obama

RNC Deputy Chairman Frank Donatelli said the GOP would attack the Obama-Biden ticket by using critical statements Biden made about  Obama's inexperience during the primaries.

"He [Biden] was very definitive on this," Donatelli said on a morning conference call. "He said it not once, but twice in two separate debates." The RNC has already launched a web ad with clips of Biden saying Obama is "not ready" and that he would "be honored to run with our against John McCain because I think the country would be better off."

(Killer Biden quote: "I think he [Obama] can be ready, but right now I don't believe he is. The presidency is not something that lends itself to on-the-job training.")

Donatelli said the RNC would also use Obama and Biden's disagreeing Senate votes on war funding and labeling Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps a "terrorist" group, as well as Biden's critcism of Obama's promise to hold talks with hostile, foreign nations "without precondition" for attack fodder.

Donatelli noted Obama and Biden are "not in concert on a fair number of issues."
