What is Uhuru News? Well, the website seems to be down, but I can see that it  descibes itself as the "Online Voice of the International African Revolution."

Update:The Washington Post describes the hecklers like this: "Activists from the International People's Democratic Uhuru Movement, a pan-African socialist group, who accused Obama of ignoring the plight of poor blacks targeted by predatory lenders, police brutality and racist attacks."
