VA Secretary Claims He Was Misunderstood, Says He's Glad to Correct Things 'If'...

During an interview Tuesday with MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell, McDonald argued he was misunderstood when he made the comments and said he's happy to "correct things" if people found what he said offensive.
