Donald Trump: "Why Can't We Sneak Attack Mosul, Why Do We Have to Tell Them?"

Republican nominee Donald Trump had one of his greatest comeback moments in Sunday night's presidential debate after a rough weekend of attacks from Hillary Clinton.  After warning Clinton that if he is elected in November that he will appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the 30,000 emails she deleted before leaving the State Department four years ago, he ripped her and Barack Obama's strategy to fight ISIS in Iraq and Syria.

Trump has often questioned why the United States feels the need to tell the world it's military strategies.

"They think a lot of the ISIS leaders are in Mosul.  We have announcements coming out of Washington and coming out of Iraq: "We will be attacking Mosul in three weeks or four weeks."  All of these bad leaders from ISIS are leaving Mosul," Trump said.  "Why can't they do it quietly?  Why can't they make it a sneak attack?  And after the attack is made, inform the American public that we've knocked out their leaders."

Trump is right, why do we have to tell ISIS when we are attacking?  Do they do the same for us?
