Trump Up 20+ in Local Florida Poll, Also Beating Hillary

In a local Florida poll released Tuesday morning, News 13/Bay News 9 questioned 2,450 likely voters and asked if the March 15 primary were held today, who they would vote for.

42 percent of the vote went to Republican frontrunner Donald Trump, 22 percent to Marco Rubio, 17 percent to Ted Cruz, and 10 percent to John Kasich.

When asked if the November election for president were today and the only candidates on the ballot were Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton, Trump won the match up 45 percent to 44 percent.

Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz both lost to Clinton in the same poll.

This poll may prove to be important since Floridians are allowed to vote before the primary on March 15 in which many have.  Rubio may already be trailing by 60,000 votes in early voting.
