The FBI decided (twice) not to pursue criminal charges against Clinton for her email scandal. Yet, this survey proves the investigation was certainly on the minds of Americans as they went to the polls on Tuesday.

Her email saga can explain why her honesty numbers have taken a hit. Almost 60 percent of voters found her to be dishonest.

As for her popularity, 54 percent said they viewed her unfavorably.

Of course, 61 percent gave Trump an unfavorable rating too.
