BREAKING: Lynch Accepts FBI's Request, No Criminal Charges for Hillary
Attorney General Loretta Lynch has apparently acceptedFBI Director James Comey's suggestion to forego any charges against Hillary Clinton. The two official mets on Wednesday, with Lynch releasing the following statement.

“Late this afternoon, I met with FBI Director James Comey and career prosecutors and agents who conducted the investigation of Secretary Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email system during her time as Secretary of State," she said.

On Tuesday, Comey listed off several instances of reckless behavior demonstrated by the former secretary of state. Her unsecure private email server, he noted, included 110 classified emails. Yet, he finished his remarks by announcing the FBI would not be pursuing criminal charges and suggested the Department of Justice follow their lead.

Lynch noted last week that she would accept whatever decision the investigators come to, making her announcement on Wednesday no surprise.

In other words, case closed.

Congress has begun to respond to Lynch's decision. Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), for instance, said it proves once again that the Clintons play by their own set of rules. He looks forward to Comey's testimony before Congress on Thursday.
