Kim Kardashian Slams Trump; Says Her Daughter Would Make Better President

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar Arabia, Kim Kardashian slammed President Donald Trump and said that her four-year-old daughter, North West, would be better at leading the country than he is. Kardashian said that she no longer feels safe living in the United States with Trump as president, and that she feels that each day is "even more crazy and tragic."

Here's the full quote. (Emphasis added.)

“Not the President now. Anyone can run the US better. My daughter would be better,” she deadpans. “We’ve worked so hard to get to where we were and to have so many things that we were so proud of in our country, to just literally revert backwards is the most frustrating thing. Every single day when you can’t really believe what’s going on, the next day it’s something else even more crazy and tragic,” she shakes her head. “It’s really scary, the world that we’re living in now. And when you did feel safe at home, now with Trump in presidency you just don’t feel safe any more.

While Kardashian is clearly not a fan of Trump, her husband, Kanye West, has been more open to the new president. West met with Trump in Trump Tower ahead of his inauguration, but then deleted tweets defending the meeting a few weeks ago. West announced at the 2015 MTV VMAs that he intended on running for president in 2020, but tweeted out a "2024" message following his meeting with Trump in December.

Kardashian also revealed that she does not follow Trump on Twitter, but does follow former President Barack Obama.
