Whoops: New Marco Rubio Ad Accidentally Features Canada

Oh, the perils of stock footage.

A new ad put out by Marco Rubio, titled "Morning Again," opens with a beautiful harbor scene and the line "It's morning again in America."

One problem: the harbor featured is in Vancouver, British Columbia, and the tugboat even has a teeny Canadian flag.

Whoops!

This isn't the first time an ad has accidentally misidentified the national origins of stock footage, and it won't be the last. While it isn't the biggest deal, and the ad is pretty good, it is kind of funny that "morning in America" is actually in...Canada.
