Attorney General William Barr is scheduled to hold a joint press conference with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein before the full Mueller report is released on Thursday. The conference will take place at 9:30 a.m. EST.
According to The Hill, Special Counsel Robert Mueller will not be attending the press conference. In fact, no one from Mueller's office will be attending the joint press conference, although they have not said why.

Barr released a four page letter earlier this month explaining what Mueller's report contained. The two main takeaways were that no collusion with Russia and no obstruction of justice from President Trump occurred during the investigation.
The Attorney General has made it known that he will redact four main points.
"In my March 24th letter I identified four areas that I feel should be redacted. And I think most people would agree. The first is grand jury information…The second is information that the intelligence community believes would reveal intelligence sources and methods," Barr said during a hearing on the Department of Justice's budget.
"The third are information in the report that could interfere with ongoing prosecutions. You’ll recall that the special counsel did spin off a number of cases that are still being pursued," Barr said. "And we want to make sure that none of the information in the report would impinge upon either the ability of the prosecutors to prosecute the cases, or the fairness to the defendants. And finally, we intend to redact information that implicated the privacy or reputational interest of peripheral players where there is a decision not to charge them."
