CPAC Host Makes Massive Ad Buy In 28 Key Congressional Races

The American Conservative Union (ACU), the hosts behind the Conservative Political Action Conference – better known as CPAC – just made a six-figure ad buy in 28 Congressional races throughout the nation. The total amount the group is spending between now and Election Day remains influx. Their strategy, like most politically influential groups, is to make multiple ad buys over the course of the next two weeks.

Their goal, however, is simple: energize conservatives, get them to turn out and tighten up races that are otherwise considered considered a close call. They're focusing their efforts on conservative voters who participate in presidential elections but may not necessarily vote during midterms.

"We looked at competitive races where we think our network of grassroots activists can really move the needle," ACU Communications Director Ian Walter told Townhall.

The ad is now targeting conservatives in the following Congressional Districts:
