The FBI tweeted, confirming that the packages meant for Waters are similar to ones sent to other prominent political figures earlier in the day.
In addition to the five packages referenced in our earlier statement, we have now confirmed two additional packages, both addressed to Rep. Maxine Waters, that are similar in appearance.

A Los Angeles postal facility was evacuated late Wednesday evening after a suspicious package addressed to Rep. Maxine Waters (D) was found.
According to the San Diego Union Tribune, LAPD and the ATF are on-scene investigating the package. They plan to use a robot to examine the package.
LAPD received the call around 2 p.m., the Los Angeles Times reported.
The police department took to Twitter to alert residents about the bomb thread:
(1/2) The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating a suspicious package discovered at the Los Angeles Central Mail facility near Downtown Los Angeles. While we determine its contents and origins the facility is being evacuated.

Other members of Congress and CNN headquarters received similar packaged earlier in the day.
