To put it lightly, CNN’s had a rough week.
Last Friday, the network was forced to retract a botched story alleging Trump transition team member Anthony Scaramucci was being investigated for having ties to Russia. The following Monday, three of the journalists involved in the story resigned, including Lex Haris, the head of CNN’s investigations unit.
Then came the Project Veritas videos.
CNN’s supervising producer John Bonifield was caught admitting that the entire Russia collusion story is “mostly bullsh*t.” But, the network keeps pushing the narrative because it’s good for ratings. Next, Van Jones was shown calling the “Russia thing” a “big nothingburger.” And most recently, an associate producer was recorded saying American voters are “stupid as s**t,” that almost the entire network feels President Trump is “f**king crazy” and that Kellyanne Conway looks like she’s been hit in the face with a shovel. Classy.
